Questions
Does Stitchpath connect to my company's systems?
No. You describe your setup in plain words: which AI tools you have, where the data lives, who you can ask. You run every step yourself, in the tools your company already approved. We never see your data.
What should I avoid typing in?
Anything confidential: customer names, real numbers, passwords or internal codenames. You don't need them. "Costs are in Snowflake, PO data is somewhere I don't know" is plenty.
Which AI tools does it work with?
Any of the common ones: Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or an internal tool. The plan adapts to what yours can do, even if it can only chat.
What counts as one plan?
Each new plan you build counts once. Opening it again, marking steps done and asking for help on a step don't count. Free includes 2 plans a month.
What if I get stuck on a step?
Mark the step as stuck and describe what happened. You'll get specific help for that step: a rewritten prompt, a message to send, or a workaround.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, any time from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for.
